Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Service Specific Policy (Wisetech Digital Marketing)
Since we provide digital services such as WhatsApp and Instagram automation, AI chatbots, digital marketing, website design, and Google Business Profile (GBP) management, no refunds will be issued once work has commenced.
If a client cancels the order before work begins, a refund of 50% of the paid amount will be issued. The refund process will take 5 to 7 working days, and the funds will be returned directly to the client's original payment source.
A replacement or refund can be requested only if the service does not match the description. Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the transaction.
